Property investment strategies come in different shapes and sizes. Theses include R2SA, BTL, HMO, BRR, Property Development and Joint Venture.

This strategy is common for those with less capital to invest (£0-15K). It involves renting a flat or house from a landlord through a company let, then subletting it to guests on short term stays where they have a ‘hotel like’ luxury experience. This can be very lucrative if it’s in the correct the area.
Buy-To-Let’s are usually a lower risk investment strategy. This involves purchasing a property with the intention of letting it to a person/family, you will receive a predictable rent every month.
This is considered a long term investment strategy as the house appreciation will give you the opportunity to build up long term wealth, then sell the property at a profit in the future.
This is where a house is purchased with the intention of renting the house out per room to multiple occupants. This usually brings in a larger profit per month due to higher rent coming from multiple tenants.
This is a strategy which involves buying a house that is in a low standard, then refurbishing the property to improve the standard to a high quality in order to increase the house price. Then refinance the property to pull out most or all of your money in order to reinvest into somewhere else.
This is where you acquire some land then progress to build a house/houses on the land. These houses can either be sold to re-coup capital or rent to achieve a steady monthly profit.
This is where you and another investor/investors agree to join your money together in order to purchase more expensive property with the aim to gain a better return on investment.
